Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
