We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders within Australia are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
How do I care for my leather goods?
To maintain the quality of your leather, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to keep the material supple and prevent cracking.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a 5ATM water resistance rating, meaning they can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water, but they are not suitable for swimming or showering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Afterpay and Klarna.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All The Horse products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
